1. What kinds of returns or refunds do you accept?
We want you to be absolutely delighted when your order arrives! Since every item is custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns for “oops, I changed my mind” moments. However, if your product shows up misprinted, damaged, or otherwise not as it should be, that’s on us. In those rare cases, we’ll gladly replace or refund your item. Think of it this way: if the mistake is ours, we fix it—no stress, no drama, just a smooth resolution so you can keep smiling (and maybe keep shopping with us too!).
2. How long do I have to report a problem?
We know life gets busy—sometimes packages sit unopened for a while (hey, we’ve all been there). That’s why we give you a comfortable 30-day window from the date you receive your order to let us know if there’s an issue. Spilled coffee on your shirt after 45 days? Sadly, that’s on you. But if your shirt arrived with a print error or damage and you let us know within the timeframe, we’ll make it right. Just snap a photo, send it our way, and we’ll take care of the rest, quickly and kindly.
3. Do I need to ship the item back to you?
Nope! We’re not about making you wait in post office lines or juggling return labels. For defective, damaged, or misprinted items, we won’t ask you to send them back. Instead, we’ll request some quick details (like a few photos) so our team can investigate and then send out a replacement or issue a refund. Easy peasy! Unless otherwise requested, you get to keep the item—call it a quirky freebie or “oops souvenir.” The goal is to resolve things fast so you can move on with your day (hopefully smiling in your new gear).
